The only artefact braces help you to lose coefficient is you simply do ont eat the stuff thats on th enono itemize that ur orthodontist gave you. It also encourages u to keep ur set decent so therefore you wont be eating as often because you will not want to be cleaning ur set every the time. it worked pretty substantially for me I ease follow the smae usage except I never really liked most of the stuff on the nono itemize (didnt eat it) and what I did like that was on the nono itemize I make sure I do ont eat that much, Want to stop eating junk food every together.
