Ok, his agency is itching and he says it's his middle agency on the crowning left lateral of his mouth. What could be wrong with him? and what can stop the itchiness? It's driving him crazy. Thanks!

it might be his tooth decaying, you should diffidently go to the dentist to intend it checked out, could be serious

Sounds like whatever variety of gum inflammation. Have him take whatever antihistamine capsules, that will stop the itch. Then hit him see a dentist as soon as possible. Good luck.
