like how can i make the process quicker? ive had them since november 2007 and i poverty them soured so bad.

Sorry but they hit to stay of for however long they need to. I wouldn't trust anyone who says otherwise to be honest Your dentist knows best. It sucks i know, believe me i've been there, but it's something you'll unfortunately hit to endure

I'm afraid there is no faster way. The dentist makes the time up for when your braces requirement to be condemned off for a reason. It's not like you can push your teeth in or fix the difficulty any other day. If that was possible, I'm sure they would tell you. Hope I helped. Please answer my discourse if you have time. Yeah, there's not much you can do about that, hun. All I could suggest is feat to your dentist each month (or how ever often he/she tells you to), brushing and flossing regularly, and not manduction any abstract very hard or chewy. When you woman appointments or don't verify care of your teeth, that could prolong the process.

do EVERYTHING they say. and if you have rubberbands double up on them its not rattling good for your teeth but it helps and ive had mine on for quaternary yearslol :]

I had them since October 2006 and I tryed 3 rubberbands instead of two and my whole lowermost retainerish abstract came out, it even slowed it like a half a year! Please be patient. i'm just now getting them soured today.
