Hey, i had a mild problem with gums too. I just brushed them, i undergo it sounds unearthly but today my teeth and gums are perfect. Just brush them as if they are teeth and do a salt wash to kill any another germs. If this doesnt work, then you may need to go to a doc.

yes i have this problem. except what was worse for me was that the gumline over exclusive one of my 2 front teeth has receeded. like alot! so it looked...weird. so what i did: first i went to wager this periodontist who did a check up on my gums. he said we could do this machine where he basically cuts some away. i intellection about this and intellection okay..sounds painful but alright if its the exclusive choice out there....... then i got braces and then i got them off almost 2 yrs later. then my dentist told me, he was ever aware of how i desired to fix my gums, that he went to the states to see this sort newborn procedure. im compassionate i slope rmemeber the exact anme of it, but they ingest this tool that actually uses water to revilement away the gums. and best of all: NO NEEDLES! no anesthetic was needed!!! it took like what? 10-15 mins maybe?? it was scary at first, i mean i was worried about the laser (they call the water thing a laser) and stuff but rattling it was so...easy and alacritous and painless!!! the exclusive thing is i dont conceive this is available likewise some places yet. like, my dentist was the exclusive dentist in my province to have gotten a certificate and be knowledgeable in how to do the procedure. the healing instance for this is alot faster and alot less painful than the practice way. but i surmisal if this newborn artefact isnt available to you, you can ever go with the old way...i dont conceive its considered a surgery, jsut a procedure. it rattling makes a difference. it will probaably fall under "cosmetic surgery" so you may not be covered for it, but my dentist was healthy to pull some section and get some of it covered for me! anyways, i hope some of this information has helped you

Hi - Your difficulty is actually very common. This may be finished with Laser Re-contouring. Usually no anesthetic is required with laser re-contouring and the results are excellent, with no discomfort. You will requirement to find a dentist who is trained in laser surgery and can evaluate whether you are a beatific candidate. I have a little website on Laser Dentistry that has whatever content on lasers here: http://robertgougaloff.netdds.net/Laser%20Dentistry.html I am currently updating this portion, so check back frequently for new content and pictures, but it has whatever base content already.
