well, depends on how such alteration your set have, if they're just sensitive and have symptom or are product on the enamel veneers could be the answer, but if alteration goes far from the surface.. lets feature deep like 3 or 4 mm, if you requirement root canal maybe and it hurts without some external estimulation I'd feature crowns...
