I applier 2 times a day for 2-3 minutes. I ingest the "chistmas tree" applier and I ingest a special mouthwash for braces to preclude cavities and clean absent bacteria. Isn't that enough?

You should always floss because you have to intend rid of the monument between your teeth.

no u need to floss. ur gums module become super sore..and bleed easily..the chrismass tree toothbrush..just removes matter and plaque low the brackets.

I do the literal same abstract but depressing to verify you no thats not enough....flossing helps intend rid of plaque and accustom your gums....when my dad was a kid he had to intend surgery on his gums becuase they were so soft and irritated from not flossing while wearing his braces... so all the crap grown ups verify you is unfortunately true.So now i listened to my dad....at small when it comes to set lol
