No, it does not as long as your are desensitize well. also it depend on the tooth. if they are wisdom teeth, i module recomend being on IV administration or nitrous. IV administration is the BEST. but if hour of the above is used, there module be no discompose as long as you are numb. no it doesn't hurt. they meet froze my lip and then continued with the proceedure i didn't feel a thing. but after you strength drool as i did as it melts. ( i drooled for same half an hour but doesn't mean you will) the think i told you about the drooling part is cuz althought it's foul and stuff it's meliorate to drool as your lip is unmelting than have pain as the proceedure is happening and afterwards.
