no its not at every lol !! and what the toothpaste company forgets to tell you is that you still hit to hit regular cleanings at your dentist as hairdressing and flossing lonely does not take every plaque away. Plaque is build up under your gums and on your teeth. It causes cavities and gum disease. Hope this helps!!
