I meet got my braces on 2 life past and i ease cant bite into anything like a cheeseburger because my teeth are sore. Are there any good pain reliever remedies that anyone knows of? And how daylong does it verify for the soreness to go away? Thanks to everyone who meet submitted an answer. I cant give anyone a thumbs up still because i am exclusive on take 1 =( but meet so you every know you every got a thumbs up! your answers attain me feel a whole aggregation better.

In a hebdomad you module forget you have braces. The pain module subside in about 3-7 days.

It module take a few days for pain to subside. You can take tylenol or motrin for it. It module be like this when they get tightened every 4-6 weeks too. It's meet the way it is. Start attractive tylenol before your ortho appt.

I got braces last Tuesday and it didn't hurt AT ALL, believe it or not. No pain feat on, I ate a cheeseburger and drank stuff within cardinal minutes. I declare Orajel and Advil. Orajel is wonderful for those disrespect cuts and Advil relieves some pain. =DD

It depends, for whatever grouping it takes only a few days for whatever a week. in the meen instance try eating soft things. Try drinking milkshakes, the are GOOD. the are also filling. when the pain goes away you crapper mostly take anything you please :D

Generally the pain module last no individual than a week. Look at it as discomfort and also as a good abstract because when they perceive that means your set are moving. The other good advice I can give you is not to bite into anything. Use a fork cut pieces out of your food. The pain will commonly go away in 3-5 days. It sucks, but it's true. Try rubbing an ice block along your gums to numb the pain.
