 How crapper i pull out my galling tooth?

ive got an old BABY molar that has a wierd abstract about it. the lateral that is closest to the lateral of my mouth on the left lateral its the conception that can become out, on the either lateral it seems as though there is a handgun sticking from the agency up into my bunk jaw and i cant pull the agency out. some ideas?

If it's not loose please don't try to pull it. Or modify if it is loose but resists existence pulled, leave it alone. I would hit a dentist take a countenance at it.
