i didn't hit to wear a retainer after, just the little permanent wires behind the front part of my teeth that i don't really notice

well i got lazy and stopped act them and now my set are starting to move again... :( my incommunicative stopped act them at the instance her dentist said and her set moved a little... might be genetic lol id apprize act them every period for the rest of ur life lol or everynight you dont have consort ;)

first some weeks were 24/7 now just at night. been a some months for me. ive known people that have attrited them for many eld and others just a pair years.

I hit not stopped wearing mine at night. The first few months I wore it 24/7. You should dress it every night because your set shift throughout your full life.
