O.K., I am 13 years old. I am a help and I meet got braces. I'm afeard having braces will ruin my occupation as a model. I asked my orthodontist most Invisalign, but he said I was not a politician because most of my problems are with my jaw. Is there anything else I can do? I am seriously upset and sad, and angry!

well with crooked set Im sure you werent a model, and having straight set can only better your chances. so It looks like you dont have a choice

talk to other orthodontists. they're other options out there, and you can definitely call into any office and just ask. doesn't mean that you have to GO there, but it doesn't hurt to encounter out.

Ur only 13 they expect you to hit braces. I had problems with my jaw (nothing noticeable) and had braces and my jaw still feels discover of line. Braces sucked and didnt even do anything but attain my top set perfectly straight.

He's right about the invisalign. I asked about it too. Just get them and continue to model. You don't always have to model with a smile. There are another ways. I hoped I helped

i totally feel your pain. im about to turn 15 and ive had braces since i was 13. My best advice would be to be really cautious not to brake brackets and to brush really well consistantly. and try to book whatever runway shows rather than pictures. plus tell people you might take pictures for that your still fierce with your mouth closed

Why would he provide you braces if the problem is with your jaw? OK anyways, i've had braces before and heres what i hit to say- After putting up with them for two years, when you get them off, you WILL hit the nicest smile on the runway, no uncertainty most it. I don't rattling wager how it could "Ruin" a carreer but, i do wager how it can place field pronounce on you. I wouldn't worry most it so much. Ask your parents if it module mess up your runway status. Although i highly uncertainty it. I wouldn't be sad, just think. After your deadline, you module hit the best smile around!! a lot of teenage girls countenance really beatific with braces. just get a suttle colouration thats not too noticable. it could be a modify trend and just countenance nervy to effort them off. if you ingest rubber bands and place them in the correct places, the braces will work better and faster so youll get them soured sooner if youre responsible! just move digit (or however long you need them) assemblage and youll see how better youll look. :] beatific luck!

well you became a model with messed up teeth so you can be a model in the mix of getting your teeth perfect.

Check w/ your orthodontist. There are clear brackets which crapper be used. They might be a little more money, but it's added option. They are in "invisible", but less "in your face". It will go by fast and really, having straighter set crapper do nothing more than enhance your career. Good luck!!

Don't worry so much most what you look like apparently you're pretty sufficiency to be a help so braces will loook meet fine on you I'm sure of it. But if you're that worried maybe you could tak to your parents and orthadontist most something titled "Lingual Braces."
