I have a bad toothache and no Ambesol or Orajel to subside the pain. It's a molar and it hurts because it's lax and probably just connected by a nerve. :( Help! I need something to subside the pain because I'm getting it pulled professionally Tuesday. I TOLD YOU I DON'T HAVE AMBESOL!

Topical gels will do little to support the discompose cause it is reaching from inside the tooth and deep low the tooth. The best OTC medication for this is typically Ibuprofen which is Motrin or Advil. Take 600mg every 4-6 hours or so for max discompose relief. Get in and wager a dentist. They can verify discover the nerve and put you discover of discompose immediately.

Ive used Orajel before and it does not impact at all so dont squander your money on it. A warm saltwater remotion will only support for a few moments if the discompose is constant. What I do is chafe some cover on the gums around the tooth, it will numb the discompose and make it manageable.
