They will make molds, take x rays, and then glue the braces on your teeth. I always got country bands.

I don't advert what they do exactly.. you should ask your orthodontist to speech you through it travel by step. It's not really bad at all. About colors... NEVER EVER get yellow because it makes it look same your teeth are yellow!! And don't get white, because that gets stained easily. Red seemed to be the best.

Back in my day, they used accommodate only. No bands. Talk about a representative full of metal... Something darker like purple would probably make your set look whiter, yes. Good luck, you will have bonny set when braces come soured and you will be pleased you did it. God bless.

braces are no bounteous deal. what happens is they attain you sit in a chair (of instruction they're not going to attain you stand) and they get a modeling of your mouth, take pictures of your representative (they did with me anyway). next, they place these things in your mouth. they are there to ready your representative open until they need it closed. they they place on the glue and the brackets. the things they place in your representative can get uncomfortable, but it's really fine. braces are not that bounteous of a deal. and for colors, do not get flushed or pink. they attain your gums countenance same they're bleeding. and don't get black either. that makes if countenance same you don't hit teeth. i favour pastels, but that is just my preference. purple is fine. hope this helped :)

It's been awhile since I had them, but I'll verify you what I remember. The dentist glues a redact on each tooth. Then, they snap a accommodate on and tighten. there is really no need to be nervous. I've had braces twice. Basically all they do is clean the surface of your set with some blonde stuff. After that the cover your set in a acerbic liquid. The brackets are cememented on your teeth (from bicentric incisors to ordinal premolars). For your first molars, the dentist module place the molarbands. Sometimes the ordinal molars are included, she either place grinder bands or buccal tubes, depending on the plan of treatment. Then the wires are settled connecting the individual brackets to the grinder bands. There are brackets that don't requirement rubbers as they hit their own individual lock. However if the dentist chooses the conventional brackets, rubbers or attachment wires are settled to lock the brackets to the wire. For the color of rubbers, you can choose the lighter ones or the pastel. Powder blue is my individualized choice and lots of my patients fuck it. Purple is alright or mettalic grey, they look decent and tidy.

I just got mine today!! They put a little thing in your representative to hold it open, sand your teeth downbound then rinse it with some gross liquid, then they glue on the brackets and then the accommodate and color. Your representative module be painful and I got pink and black!! Hope i helped
