 when i wake up in the morning i have white spots on my set why?

when i consequence up in the farewell i hit really really white spots on my set or when i'm just birthing down doing nothing for a longtime they go absent in same 10 minutes or so though i was just wandering. i do applier my set every night and every morning.

Stop using toothpaste that contains "Fluoride". Stop drinking tap liquid and liquid from Brita and Pur. They don't filter out fluoride. Fluoride decays your teeth and bones.
