I'm ill and passed out this morning, busting my lip and injuring my face tooth. It got a little pushed back, but it's not rattling loose. It rattling hurts, though, and was bleeding a bit before. Should I see a dentist, or will my tooth heal itself?

Well since it was pushed back, You may wanna see a dentist. They can intend it backwards to normal and there may be an infection or something in it,
