Sometimes when I wake up, they're kind of stuck, but not so I can't get them off. Occasionally it can get rattling stuck and it ends up selection your representative a little, but that almost never happens to me. Just be certain about getting impact in the mouth. I play netkeeper in soccer, and that's happened multiple times and it rattling hurts, so now I wear a representative guard. I say meet be certain and null too bad will happen.

Ask your orthodontist for some beeswax when he first applies the brackets to your teeth. You'll only need a tiny lowercase ball for apiece one. This will help you out a lot, and preclude the inside of your mouth from getting scratched and irritated.

They scrape against your lips during the day, and sometimes at night they get a little stuck, but nothing major. If it rattling bothers you, you can get whatever rise from your orthodontist to put over your braces. And no it doesn't rattling hurt.
