My orthodontist told me that I have to go see an oral doc for a conference appointment most my wisdom teeth. They took an X-ray and they are forming, but I can't feel them in my mouth yet. What is the estimated age/time I will get them out? I'm 14.

ok im 16 and iv got 3 wissdem teeth serendipitous they dont coz me some pain (yet )but its uslays at 18-25 wen they get pulled discover some geezerhood realy if they provide u pain

My dentist told me the average age is 27 for wisdom teeth.

It really just depends on when they drop and become down. Mine didn't become down until I was 22. It's hard to see them coming in unless they hit the opencast and become through the gums.

This is one of those individualist things. I had mine out at 20, my senior son at 24 and my younger son at 21. My husband still has his though and he's 52. He went to the dentist a few months ago and he told him that as long as there isn't a problem with them then he should yield them alone. I conceive cipher age is early 20s but that's not always the case. I wouldn't worry about them yet if I were you unless they are bothering you. Listen to your body and your dentist.
