This is one of those individualist things. I had mine out at 20, my senior son at 24 and my younger son at 21. My husband still has his though and he's 52. He went to the dentist a few months ago and he told him that as long as there isn't a problem with them then he should yield them alone. I conceive cipher age is early 20s but that's not always the case. I wouldn't worry about them yet if I were you unless they are bothering you. Listen to your body and your dentist.
