Did you have xrays taken after the removal of the quaternary third molars? It's either there are parts of roots retained or the preoperative site wasn't cleansed or irrigated thoroughly that some bony plates or alveolar bones were mitt on the area. Consult your dentist if it's bothering you.

Be assured you are not growing a newborn tooth. Most likely it is a root tip that fractured at the instance of extraction. It is not exceptional for these to spontaneously exfoliate and come out by themselves but sometimes need to be removed. It is usually a small piece of tooth but rattling sharp. Often there crapper be either inflammation or infection around the fragment. This should be X-rayed by the dentist who distant the teeth and evaluated. They are usually a simple machine to remove the separate and healing progresses quickly.
