I have the 14 period strips where you use them twice a period and the incase tells you that you can either use them in farewell and night or backwards to back. So could I use same 4 strips in a period and theyd work or does the goo requirement instance to settle or something?

You have to follow the instructions on the box. If you exceed the amount, you could have some lateral effects and who knows what else. If you are not happy with the results of using the strips as it says you should, then maybe you should get teeth whitening from the dentist, unless money is the issue.

You could damage your teeth. And if you did that you would not be able to take or drink anything your set will be likewise sensitive. there are directions on a collection for a reason.

Don't top the recommended amount of instance that's in the instructions. Tooth whitening products crapper cause your teeth to become rattling huffy if you ingest them too much. I erst had my teeth whitened, and my teeth got so sore that I couldn't hit things same ice toiletries or fleecy drinks for weeks.

No, and the disagreement is rattling temporary. Go to your Dentist and have bleaching trays made. You will spend way more on White Strips in the daylong haul.
