It is hard without dissent though. Well prototypal you hit to chew it:D after it gets softer you foregather every of the gum in front of your mouth. Then straighten it with your tongue a bit. After that blow some expose into it and you'll see the eruct coming out. Don't blow likewise hard or likewise slow. Otherwise it haw pop or haw not form a eruct at all. Good luck:D
