My front tooth hurts rattling intense (its an adult tooth) and its not loose, I checked. I can't go to the dentist because I can't give it, and I hit already tried taking Advil, and it only made it worse. I've only had it for most an hour, and it hurts so bad. Any home remedies please?

Sorry about the money problem but teeth do not intend better. Go to the dentist and see what the problem is. That will not be that expensive. If you place off feat you could end up having to have a more expensive procedure done. Also most Dentist will eliminate a monthly payment. In the mean time take some tylenol and ingest orajel to take the discompose away.
