Get a water pick and electric toothbrush and brush.

Just floss and brush your set twice or more a day. I have braces and thats what I do to keep my set clean.

I hit braces and it sucks, i know. But the easiest artefact to care for them is to applier often and take time. floss and use the teeny tiny applier abstract they give you. The more time you waste when you can be brushing better, the longer and more horrible theyll turn out for you because it leaves stains.
