It hurts too much and it's in my ears as well, all my good teeth are coming through....do you conceive it is that?

No, it might be TMJ, lockjaw. But call your doctor or dentist if the pain is unbearable, or even go to the ER.

Your good teeth could be impacted. You need to have this looked at.

Call a dentist (yours if you have one) and ask for an evaluation appointment. It's possible that things could intend worse. If it is an infection things could intend such worse.

maybe TMJ, your wisdom set , or digit of your set amy have a cavity, go see your dentist and have it patterned out
