 Why my baby's back teeth (for chew teeth) not growthing?

My child 17 months now. She has front set for ache :) but she doesn't hit back set for cud thence she always eats exclusive mushed food, if i provide her some chewable matter she bites and but couldn't cud thence always choke, that really scared me many times. I saw 1 assemblage older pupil eating snaks and cookies, look no difficulty but my baby... !!!! I worry her New teething difficulty and please provide me some advise. Thank you.

hello. it takes 24 months at the least that all child set erupts (front and back teeth). Although on some cases, child set are genetically absent (disease-related or not), or delayed. Better to have your child seen by a pedodontist. She may refer your child for an xray, for meliorate diagnosis. goodluck
