If your teeth check out ok at the dentist (no cavities that requirement fillings or repair) then you crapper use sensodine toothpaste. It really helps with sensitivity, but it must be used for a few weeks (3 - 4) before you will typically attending a difference. Good luck

Something the dentist I worked for this summer advisable is MI paste. Everyone in my office swore by it. It helps strengthen your teeth as well as support with sensitivity. It is a paste that you rub on your teeth daily for a few minutes, or you can yield it on all period if you want it doesn't hurt. Ask your dentist most it. for more info: http://www.mi-paste.com/about.html

Brush and floss substantially everyday to keep plaque and acid from building up on your set and making them soft. Try a sensitivity toothpaste like Sensodyne or Crest Sensitivity for 6 weeks. If that doesn't help, as your dentist/hygienist for a medication for Prevident Sensitive.

I likewise have huffy teeth (to cold only) & have gotten relief by brushing (at least 2 times a day) w/ Aquafresh for Sensitive Teeth.
