 Abscess on a agency that has already been filled?

I have an abscess on a tooth that has already been filled once before, and quite a taste of the tooth was filled. Is this abscess more likely as a result of slummy oral hygiene, or that the dentist did not vanish all of the cavity when he performed the filling?

If all the tooth was not filled than a cavity could happen later. I didn't know dentist filled set any more. They always verify me CROWN CROWN $$$$$$$.

If it was a very super filling, then an abscess is not abnormal. Poor oral hygiene can be a contributor, especially if there is new decay on the tooth. You module probable need a stem canal and crown.
