Ok, here is the story. I matured this sore on the lowermost left of my representative on my gums about 2 weeks ago. It has not increased in size at all rattling since I first detected it. It does not perceive AT ALL and never has. Also, there is no ichor coming out of it either. I went to my doctor at the Lincoln health services at my Lincoln as my dentist is backwards at home. She told me that it looked same a benign sore, something called a granuloma that is fairly harmless, but would have to be removed by an oral surgeon. I have an appointment with my dentist next week when I go bag for break, but I was wondering if any dentists out there could identify what they thought it looked like? Are granulomas common, do you see them a lot? Is that what this looks like? If not, what does it look same to you?? I undergo my dentist will probably be able to tell me for sure, but I want to undergo what to expect. thats an abscess, if left untreated you can hit other health problems that can lead to death.

It looks a little same an abscess. Which is an infection from the agency it is adjacent to. The only artefact to undergo for sure is to do some test including x-rays. Abscess can drain which makes it so it isn't uncomfortable. The only reason teeth that are abscessed are uncomfortable is because there is infection in the bone where your agency is and since bone it hornlike when it tries to swell it hurts but if it continues to drain then it wont be that artefact because the infection has some where to go. When your agency is abscessed there are only two options that can be done root canal which is the only artefact to save the agency or extraction.

It looks like a fistula. You may need a root canal on the tooth. It is an unusual place for a granuloma. You should try to press on it to see i it drains.
