So my sister is 12 years old, and shes growing an player to WAAYYYY behind her molar. Is this normal? When i was 12 i never remembered growing one. So, what do we do? Take it out? Or is this normal? :S

It's a good tooth. Everyone gets them at a different time. Generally, around 17-21, she's just effort hers rather than average, and that's okay. I got mine at 16. If she has enough room for a tooth in her mouth, then it's okay to let it grow in, but if not, she may need to intend them cut out, otherwise it's very painful.
