I have a rattling sensitive mouth, and have been recommended not to use bag bought set lightening kits. Are there some other ways of lightening your teeth? Does set lightening toothpaste actually work?

Toothpaste won't do it...some say baking soda..the taste is puky but they say it works. Crest Strips are the only other thing I crapper conceive of unless you go to a dentist. Who told you NOT to use home bought? If it was a dentist why didn't you communicate him to propose something..if it was your friends before you buy any store bought read the directions first on Crest strips. I don't conceive sensitive teeth module fall out:) The strips are not painful and you don't keep them on that long....give it a try and if it hurts you don't use it again. I conceive you module be surprised and module have pleasant albescent teeth. My brother uses them and he is 16.
