hmm, how often do u applier ur teeth?? PS : its verrryy essential to applier ur teeth before u go to bed.. Hmm, use whitening strip (go google)..

If you just go to a grocery store in the island where toothpaste is there are heaps of whitening aids. You should try a whitening toothpaste and crest whitestrips. OR...If you rattling poverty to spend the money your dentist crapper do it, it's just expensive.

make sure you brush your teeth and floss. If you go to any grocery store they have many toothpastes. You should get the whitening toothpaste. Also, instead of mouthwash, i saw this product made by crest. Its like mouthwash except instead of killing bad breath it whitens teeth so you may be fascinated in that.
