Ok so i hit REALLY sharp canines ( like vampire teeth) there so sharp that if i BARLEY bite downbound on my tough and it hurts! How do i intend mate of that???

If it causes discomfort, the only abstract that could help is possibly reshaping your canines. Consult your dentist for options, it's easily fixable.

If they are that sharp, have a dentist lightly smooth them. It is a rattling easy process and is painless. I would stop biting my tongue also. Good Luck
