I bought a new toothbrush today and when I unsealed it there was albescent powder all over bristles of the brush. I rinsed it before I brushed my teeth. After I finished brushing it, I noticed there bubbles in my mouth. Also my saliva is like rattling albescent and looks like category of soapy. What was the albescent clog on my brush ? is that disinfectant harmful

No idea, but essay emailing the company to get the respond from them. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's some sort of disinfectant
