NO STUPID ANSWERS OR "THIS IS TOO LONG". Vicodin contains hydrocodone. Neither acetominophen or hydrocodone work for me, and I don't undergo why.

I would call your dentist asap and tell him your symptoms and how bad it is. Also, see if he will give you a prescription for hydrocodone. It's a painkiller that's such more effective than OTC and the ones you listed.
