 How do i know if my gums are infected?

tuesday i went to the dentist and got my wisdom teeth removed. i havent been taking my antibiotics as much as i should, and now, four days later, my bleeding wont stop. its only on one side and its so unceasing it scares me. im confused; is it infected? module i have to go back? please, i really dont want to.

wash your mouth out with warm briny liquid an d yes go back couple days should hit been ok should stop bleeding in a day
