I say still brush plaque still builds up whether you eat or not and it won't hurt so why not?

No you don't need to decent them again if you didn't take anything. We applier our set to mechanically decent them to vanish the food particles and plaque sticking over them. But plaque develops in the presence of food. So if you havent had anything since you brushed, you don't need toclean your set again.

no one crapper vanish 100% of plaque etc when you brush, so even if you haven't eaten or drunk, there module be some plaque growth from when you last brushed , so I say best clean them - can't do any harm crapper it?

Plaque forms on your teeth constantly whether there is food in your mouth or not because it comes from saliva. However, it takes 24 hours for the plaque to calcify (harden) and it should be distant before this time period. So I don't think you need to because you will be doing added brushing when you get up and this will still be within 24 hours. Once plaque turns to calculus (tartar) you cannot vanish it except professionally by a dentist or hygienist.
