Worst case would be gingivitis - gum disease, which is inflammation of the gums. It doesn't good same what you have since you have good oral hygiene by your possess admission. Perhaps you have been scrubbing too hornlike or taking some external center (ie. smoking, energy drinks, etc.) which your embody doesn't like. Make sure you floss.

usually when you get inflammation, soreness and bleeding it is because you don't floss as much as you should, but if you do just start flossing all the time the symptoms wont go away for a pair days.

I looked at four answers before I started and all were valid. There are whatever other factors though. You crapper do everything right; floss, brush several times daily, take lots of oranges, hit your teeth cleaned on a regular basis, and ease hit gingivitis. Both diabetes and smoking module make you such more probable to hit it even with good test hygiene. The first digit sources are about smoking and gingivitis. The third is about Sjögren's syndrome (SjS) which is a condition that causes dry eye and dry mouth. The ordinal source is an article that talks about the improvement in periodontal disease and rousing with the qualifier dental treatment and intense diabetic control. It is only an improvement, and helpful because the proximity of the periodontal disease makes the diabetes worse.
