I looked at four answers before I started and all were valid. There are whatever other factors though. You crapper do everything right; floss, brush several times daily, take lots of oranges, hit your teeth cleaned on a regular basis, and ease hit gingivitis. Both diabetes and smoking module make you such more probable to hit it even with good test hygiene. The first digit sources are about smoking and gingivitis. The third is about Sjögren's syndrome (SjS) which is a condition that causes dry eye and dry mouth.
The ordinal source is an article that talks about the improvement in periodontal disease and rousing with the qualifier dental treatment and intense diabetic control. It is only an improvement, and helpful because the proximity of the periodontal disease makes the diabetes worse.
