I went to the dentist of 3 weeks past and complained about a mobile front incsor and my dentist said it was exclusive because I hit short roots but my dental hygienist said I should rattling meet go to the periodontist to get a second opinion. As I am exclusive 23 and hit excellent dental hygiene SOOOO I went... She took some xrays and did an exam. I hit no periodontal d. BUT there are a couple of pockets around 3 or 4 molars on my bottom mitt and right quadrants. She also reccomended a night gaurd for clenching my teeth. So I am coming discover of incurvature for a deep cleaning hundreds of dollars as my shelter sucks! AND I hit alot of mobile teeth! They don't MOVE ALOT but she said they are mobile. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME? IS IT FROM CLENCHING? I TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF THEM AND KEEP THEM CLEAN! FLOSS TWICE A DAY BRUSH TWICE A DAY! I had SOOOOO much anxiety I couldn't ask her these questions! She meet said my set are not going to fall out! SO if I acquire this night protect module my set be less MOBILE!? thanks!!

What's happening is the bad dental bacteria is living in pockets between the gums. The bacteria loosens the gums, and your teeth start moving, until, eventually, they module fall out. Without good gum health, you have no chance of having good dental health. You crapper have great medicine - hairdressing flossing, etc, but every this does is move the bacteria around your mouth. You need to fight the bacteria with a strong anti-bacterial agent and belike a irrigator, The night guard module support with clenching but that's not, if you module mercy the pun, the root cause.

The “pocket” readings that you hit are not alarming. Ideal incurvature depth is 2mm to 3mm. A some 4mm readings are not a major problem and module not drive mobile teeth, however, clenching and friction will. I’m not sure ground you necessary a unfathomable cleaning but I do agree that a period protect would be rattling helpful for you. The muscles in one’s face hold the most pressure for it’s filler of any hooligan in our body. Therefore they can drive a lot of trauma on the teeth and surrounding structures. A period protect module not only protect the teeth but it module also break the hooligan “memory” that keeps you clenching. Get the period guard!

John gives excellent advice. Listen to him, do what he and your dentist says, and put your mind at ease. Good luck.
