Hey, I hit braces right today and I had likewise some teeth. I don't think you module hit to hit any bands, but if you do you exclusive hit to hit them on for like 20 or 30 minutes a day. My mouth was sore when I first got them and I thought it would always be sore like that. But I was wrong, the suffering went away after like 2 days. The best abstract to do is eat soft foods like, mashed potato's, yogurt, ice cream, ect. Take Ibuprofen, rinse with salt water too, the salt water helps sooth the suffering and helps them ameliorate faster :) Hope this helps!

This is very normal to have a lot of discompose when you near on them. They are readjusting your full mouth, so wait pressure and discompose every time you get them tightened by the dentist. It doesn't concern what your friends say, it's up to the dentist. Whenever they feel that you need the rubberbands, they will provide them to you. I know people who didn't get the rubberbands until the last period of them having their braces on. Just be patient and don't vexation :)
