i got a tooth pulled the another day. i had actually got a root canal on the same one, only two life before. it was so agonized and had so some complications i decided to go aweigh and have the tooth extracted. well.... it was horrible and agonized but eventually got it pulled out. well now im in the healing process as this was finished yesterday. and well i noticed that there is something sticking discover in my mouth, on the area of gums incoming to my tongue... ground is this? is this bone questionable to be sticking out.

My mom had the aforementioned situation back in 2002 or 2003. You module hit to go back in and hit the exposed pearl surgically removed. Its not a big deal, they just numb it and drill discover whats exposed.
