The orthodontist advisable that I should modify the rubber bands before I go to bed and once again when I consequence up. Well, I just wear one pair a day, and modify them in the morning. Is that okay?

i just got mine place on today and my dentist said to change them twice a period just take them out when you applier and eat. if you change them twice a day, you'll get them off faster.

no he told you that for a reason. They loose elasticity and you have to change them to work properly. You should be changing them like 5 times a day or more.

Yeh I would do what he says, he is obviously locution it for a reason. The elasticity of the bands increases the individual you dress them, so the newer the bands are the stronger the pull they will have. If you hit any dramas with it perhaps ask him on your next appt.

You should definitely not change them five times a period or more, whoever said that has never had bands. It is fine to change them every morning and that is what I would keep doing, i also do this.
