 Pain in utter joints after utter surgery should i be worried?

I had overbite and I just had the bottom utter procedure and genioplasty done. Since right after the surgery I hit been experiencing occasional push and pain in both of my joints and feels same they are worsened than before the surgery. It's been 10 days since the surgery. Should I be worried?

wait for whatever time this may be a normal salutation to surgery and dont worry so much just consult with ur doctor.ok
