Hopefully someone on here might know, it all started last Sunday when I went to sleep and woke up and i could feel that I had clenched my set (they felt kinda stale and weird) ever since then I have had DAILY headaches, really bad jaw/ear pain when I chew, and the poorest part: pressure and lightheadedness. What has happened to me?

it may be tmj. or you may be grinding your teeth while you sleep. does your jaw crack when you chew? my care suffers from this and she has all the same symptoms, and he jaw bone pops when she chews. communicate a doctor, but i dont think its anything serious. Excedrin enmity helps her. best of luck.

Are you stressed? You can essay to assuage the pain by massaging the Atlantic and apply ice to it. Try to rest on your side more often. Folks i know that grind tend to rest facing up. Or you can make a activate down to rite assistance or direct and get a mouthguard. Usually arrange between 15 to 40 dollars. Ive also heard that a sport mouth guard can help too but i have no idea how to get a hold of it. But they are cheaper and i hear it works just as great
