 is this ok to do after wisdom set extraction?

its been 28 hours since the operation and just know i had shack temp oatmeal (i know your not presume to eat anything hot) then after i rinsed with water (didnt swoosh hard) then rinsed with salt water. im just so paranoid about effort a parched socket
