 Getting my braces off but have to wait two weeks for retainers?

So I'm getting my braces off on the 13th of September. This is also when I'm getting impressions done to intend my retainers. However, the retainers won't be ready until digit weeeks after I intend my braves off. Obviously it's not a bounteous deal if the orthodontist is doing it this way, but I'm terrified that my set will shift in the digit weeks. Anyone been through a kindred situation? Thanks.

Shouldn't be much of a problem if that's the way your orthodontist is doing it. When I had mine taken off I got them after that day, but my friend didn't get retainers for a week and a half. Nothing changed.

Don't worry, its impossible your teeth to agitate enough to be perceptible in two weeks, they may not modify shift

I got my retainers 2 days after getting my braces off, but your orthodontist knows what they're doing. Your retainers module just be tight for a pair days and your teeth module be sore. It's not sufficiency time for them to shift sufficiency for your retainers to not fit.
