 How daylong does it take an IV consious sedation to wear off?

I had my wisdom teem taken out this farewell (fun clog right) and they utilised an IV consious sedation on me. After everything was ended they told me to go home, take whatever cover cream, milkshakes, mushy foods, and clog like that. Problem is my whole representative is completely desensitize and has been for almost 5 hours. Is that normal? Also, I'm deprivation since i haven't ingested anything is over 18 hours (pre-surgery rule) and really dry but my representative is so desensitize I can't take anything and I can't modify drink a lowercase sip of water. Help? How long til I get every the opinion back in my representative so I crapper eat?

i had that finished yesterday and it took me nearly every day to not be numb anymore at all. so dont vexation instead you should be bedevilment about more important things like not getting a dry socket then youll be in for a concern of pain
