if it is inflamed, imbibe it with a sterile needle or pin(you crapper sterilize it with vinegar). then remotion it out with either mouth wash, a salt/water solution, or some vinegar. This will seal it and prevent it from effort pussycat filled again, while ending most of the Bactria.
