I don't brush my teeth, only like once every digit weeks. I don't eat sugary clog though. Only apples and grapes and clog like that. It hurts rattling bad, the gums aren't poofy, and it doesn't hurt when i chew. i grind my set in my sleep. Is it just sore? Or is it a cavity? I dont see some holes or dark symptom on it.

why don't you brush your teeth, you should really be hairdressing at small 2 times a day (im sure you know this) im not sure if you hit a cavity or if its your set symptom from grinding......start hairdressing your set correct today and buy some floss and do that too,,,,you dont want to lose your set and get manducate disease!!!

Brushing your set everyday. I hit braces and it there is no numbers of times I brush my teeth. I know of 3 times a period nonnegative anytime I eat between meals. You also could hit plaque built up on your set also.Go meet your dentist and also hit your set cleaned.

you should rattling brush your set more often...it could be rattling likely that you hit one or more cavities you should yarn as well i didn't yarn when i was junior and i got all this plaque on my face set on the backwards i went to the dentist and it went away and i yarn all the time now
