 is it normal to feel pain after effort braces?

as the topic and the pain only comes when I ache or chew things, is the pain from the root of the teeth... i got my braces rather New so having the set to be more "stiff" strength be a factor but i meet poverty to know for sure if this is the difficulty or the braces is meet too tight. thanks

yeah it's normal. i just got mine and apparently the pain goes after a hebdomad to two weeks. brilliant.
