 Dental lightening pain excruciating... what should I do?

I had Zoom lightening done this morning, and my sensitivity to the communication is SEVERE. The discompose is excruciating. I titled the dentist and he is prescribing me tylenol 3. Will this help? Is there anything added I crapper do?

yeah verify the tylenol and consider using another method of lightening your teeth. It's just same they say in the tv commercials if you have intense symptoms this might not be the product for you.
